The alexander approach is, why not find out what you are doing that's causing a problem and just stop doing that? Which sounds incredibly easy and logical. But to actually learn to do that, while it's in some ways very simple, is not always that easy at first. It deals with the preconceived ideas that a person has about how they should be,. What they should be doing and so on. And i think we should say that that idea of of not doing the things that get in the wayi is something that really as the alexander technique fom.
