When we eat things that are o coloric density, like fruits and vegetables, were actually filling up a lot on water. That's where fibre comes in. So e c does this awesome thing that she calls the 800 gram challenge,. She basically asks people to add 800 grams in weight of fruits and vegetables to their day. And when you have to eat that many plants, there's just not a lot of room in your stomach for all the other stuff. It's almost two pounds of fruits and veg.
