How to Make a Simulation Variable

When I get into trying to design a scenario or a simulation to put someone through I Try to make sure it accomplishes three things. It's safe, realistic and variable. We don't want to set something up that is Totally unattainable or that somebody can't accomplish because continuing to put people through something that they just fail by design can make them kind of risk averted in some way.
