Fasting is a practice of self love and honouring where you are. Your goal is creating a relationship with your body that it feels pleasurable to take care of it. The like i said before, you can't hate yourself, healthy or thin. You can't criticise yourself to be good enough. We have to work on that voice in of us, cause that's the voice that's getting in the way.
