How to Use a CRM for Salespeople

Most commonly used CRM is HubSpot, but the most second most commonly cited is not even a CRM. Notion was actually some interesting conversations in the thread about how people are customizing it. It's really a marketing automation and email service provider platform that has CRM functionality. And then the third on the list is ActiveCampaign. It's what we use, but it's an integrated app.
