Should I Monitor My Heart Rate During My Runs?
Without heartrate, you're not really able to tell whether you're hitting kind of the right intensie intensity of your exercise objectively. Heart rate could be valuable for both high intensity and lower intensity sessions. And some watches, and i think this is something that, a, i need to probably start using,. But there are some watches where it'll tell you your heart rate in beats per minute but some watches are also equipped with that setting.
