Climbing - Is There a Bias in the Hand?
People always develop a bias when ther climbing. Older tread climbers have a huge bias towards front to an indux and middle. A more new school climbing, wall climbers probably develop a bias towards the back too. So i think climbers can totally get rid of wrist clunk. I've never had a wrist clunk since i saw it. Marisot, but am if you work out were pronation, the in balances between pronation and supernation, and e target the side that's weaker,. tryin establish what the benc way should be and l what a good level is.
