There are a lot of parallels. The specific niche that I focused on were older residential apartment buildings around New York. It's operationally intensive, but there is certainly an investing focus. Every building is pretty much the same. And so it was a good transitional step, maybe from venture investing to real estate investing and full-on search fund operating business investing.
