I try to be good about taking notes as best I can, which does make my eye contact go down. People are like, why are you looking down so much? It's like I'm trying to take notes. And then there's also, I think, just not having your own agenda and really trying to listen to them. There's definitely a part in a science behind that and probably years of practice.
