The Importance of Physiology Differences
The physiology difference is a very straightforward. Just talking about small increases in strength and size after each workout, no sarcoogenesis and the need to achieve incredibly high levels of motoring agreement. The middle bit going from one to the other is the complicated bit because that's all the various different kind of implications of those physiological principles. That's I think where it gets very, very difficult to navigate,. But ultimately, either under the spectrum, the physiological observations and the actual implementations are indeed straightforward.
