How to Deal With Sexual Abuse

We could use the feelings wheel and try to identify. But I feel like we're going to that blocker in there, that defense mechanism is that trauma response. We need to work on some ways to calm our system down. Journaling is a great way to take the edge off. There's all sorts of distractions and coping skills we could put in there. And that should allow for slowly but surely a reconnection.
