The Evolution of Agriculture and Domestication
The wild ancestors of the world's most domesticable animals, likewise, were spread very unevenly around the world. Urasians had wey more nutritious native crops to grow, and wey more native animals they could domesticate. This exceptional resource endowment rapidly accelerated both the population growth and the development of civilization in eurasia compared to other continents. The major killers of humanity throughout our recent history are infectious diseases that evolved from the diseases of animals.
