I get into the zone when I'm interviewing people. And that flow state is definitely a healthy mind state of present oriented engagement. Even things that can look like work on the outside, you can do them from a much more relaxed place. That's a big part of how I keep my stress levels at a manageable place. Then I can bring in the targeted stresses like working out cryotherapy, sauna, etc. as a way to support my body's nervous system and become more resilient.
