The Middle-Aged Pull-Up Syndrome
I've always been a strong pull-ups. A decade ago, when doing the workout that shall not be named, I could do 33 strict pull-ups which is very impressive. You age into this issue. It'd be great to have done a lot of other things. Maybe even traditional American wrestling,. Or even so maybe American wrestling, actual boxing and make sure you take care of business before you move into those more aggressive forms of fighting. These are just suggestions I have for those of you in those arts.
