The Untitled Aliminium Cast
There's definitely a thread inter connectedness and relationship with the body that runs through her practice. And there's a sensuality, which you can see in her early works, which is then reflected in this endless egg series. She would have cast, some of it would have been cast inside the balloon, and others would be cast and submerged under water. So as well as broken fragments, this could look like layers that have been stripped away to a core - i always think.
