Meditation is a stretch of the word and the definition of meditation, or at least maybe how sam harris might define it. What can people expect to see from meditation? Why? I think it's more do it. And i've noticed that you can bring that into mundane tasks like doing laundry, y decide, well, instead of just being lost in thought. You're just running your brain for no reason.
