The Ultimate Napper
The ultimate rest is to go lie on my bed and just listen to a book. I am asleep zealot, and i think a lot of people wish that they went to bed earlier. My fear that if i started napping, i would be very discombobulated on days when i couldn't nap. That has not happened. It doesn't seem to matter. Me at least 22 minutes just happens to be exactly the right amount of time. And it feels a lot longer than it is.
