The Fourth Mistake on Pricing Models
Pricing models that introduce friction to adoption are inevitable. But where should we put it? I don't see a lot of examples of putting a pricing tear that prevents someone from becoming getting value. A lot of people put the price in modo wors once you hit the aha moment, let's start charging them so they have to pay to become a power user. We're not there yet, but we might be soon.
