i'm a practitioner largely, but she is as well. It's just fascinating that there are so many benefits coming out to this practice. If you have a meditation class, you also have a knitting class. That counts too. Maybe you're sitting in a room with somebody who's madly devoted to the subject and its infectious. i just find it very interesting, as people look for the active ingredient of things, right?
