How to Be a Successful Entrepreneur
We wanted to be entrepreneurs who thought deeply about this mission, not just at being a business opportunity. We knew that LinkedIn was too big because they're serving the whole professional world. And so for us, it felt like it made sense to pick out a vertical or a slice of LinkedIn and we picked the tech sector. While in marketplaces with these two very distinct customer bases, you also have recruited for companies. I think if you build the best product for job seekers, you'll notice from your primary customer as the job seeker yourself.
