I use it just like the templates. I don't log a single food. So what do you use it for them? It tells me exactly. This is good. It tells me the macros. And then I'll take the adjustments that it suggests. There's no one right way to use it. But all that being said, four, six weeks out of a bodybuilding show, I mean, you bet your sweet ass. I'm doing everything by the books.
