Listening to the Patient

With a list, then I can turn to the patient and say, we have a list in front of us. And I ask them what do they think on that list is the most important thing to them? And then I tell them what I think is the mostimportant thing to me. Sometimes it's more than one. It could be two or three. And then we set the agenda, like you say, for the time that we have to focus just on that. We may want to postpone it until another time. Prioritize, get the important things done, and then you can do the others later.
