In the CrossFit days, like when we first started the gym, I was 27 or late 26. And I think that's what you would expect in your 40s. Like most people, I guess we could transitioning into some of the emotional stuff that they've talked about on the podcast. There's a high premium on spending money young versus old. When you're young, spend all your money now. The memories of a stupid trip of its 20 with all your best mates is worth way more than a million dollars when you're 40 old and have no one to travel with.
