The Importance of Muscle for Metabolic Health
Skeletal muscle is important for our metabolic health. Muscle makes up, depending on your body composition, or 50% of your body and 50% of protein. As we age, as we get beyond 40, the efficiency of how the body maintains it tends to start downward.
To bring in the new year I thought it would be good to take a moment and consolidate some of the memorable moments, and key takeaways, from 2022.
