Chatbots - Are They Really Covering Questions?

The initial focus was on that, and then as we are ensuring that the bot is, yes, achieving very good levels of accuracy. Now we're looking more at the conversation. The third metric is abandonment, right? Like from the specific flows, right? So once you ask a question and if we detect that customers are leaving those conversations, then this is all like source of our inputs for us to sit down with the designers. But I feel that our results, you know, so far have been pretty good. And then what the chatbot will be able to help us now and in the future for sure.
