The Patient's Family Was Unhappy With the Care Provided
The patient sadly died, and the the family were unhappy with the care provided. The doctor himself never got a chance then to apologize to the family as he would have wanted. And i always remember that case because it really higlits the importance of a genuine apology where somethinghas gone wrong.
