How to Keep Up With Twitter and Discord?

On instat granmy i post maybe a third of, like, of what i can and can and want to create. And on twitter, it's maybe about, like, ten percent. I have no idea how anyone keeps up with twitter and discord, multiple discords in all sleeps? I don't think they actually do. An bcause there'e a lot of people in th space like that. It's just like hav you even ye thet at to discords or a whole n other thing, and then you got email on top of that. Just like, i just want to walk away and just go for a walk in the woods, you know, just like
