How to Stretch for Flexibility
There's a difference between holding a 60 second stretch where you're not being very intentional with what you're doing in terms of the breath and your overall composure. This is something that you it's not as easy as putting numbers on a bar, like putting more weight on a bar. So I do use an RPE chart, like I'm an old powerlifting meathead, but I've recreated an R PE chart that just has more context to a stretch. As you approach an eight or a nine, there's just markers there that say you can feel like you can get there with maybe 10 seconds left in the tank. There's just a mindset there when you're in a stretch
