Are You a Rip and Replace Broker?

We used to say, hey, have you ever been on a really crappy website where you find yourself slamming your mouse in frustration because the UI sucks? We call that a rage click. And we allow for you to see when your customers or visitors on your product are clicking in frustration. Can you do that today? How do you go about tracking that today? So that was our provocative question. Now I'm asking a question about benefit costs and immediately getting them on something that they hate and they find very emotional. That's trying it, right? Rip and replace.
