Can Poor Sleep in Your Forties Predict Your Risk of Aspergers?
I feel like a lot imes people view sleep as a bank, even though it isn't um in a lot of ways. Even one night of sleep deprivation leads to an increased build up of the tocins that are found in dementia and alsheimers. So when you have, say, five hours ony five days of poor sleep, you can't physically make up for that with two mornings of sleeping in. There's also this misnomer about the sleep on the morn, in the morning, is the same as a sleep in the night.
