Plant Bastore or Vegan Diet?

Am, i know that those terms can be used, am, interchangeably quite a bit. And it is something that we've discussed before. But any one kind of wondering, am, and i i'm sure yor am you've spoken about this as well? What were some of the kind of a sticking points when moving from meat and and dairy to lots of different plant foods? I mean, in ireland, we the schools, we get milk delivered. You get, like, everything on your doorstep. It wasn't till we went home that then you realized that your mother likes giving love true food, and if you won't her roast beef, you are denying her of giving
