The Importance of Listening to the Other Side

A good mediator, or pardon me, a good attorney is not gonna go in and create all sorts of problems by fighting as if they're in court. No, I don't think that there is any danger of that. Parties have to realize that this is what mediators do for a living. They're hearing different sides of stories constantly. And again, they're not judging. They're just trying to help bridge a gap and get people to a settlement.
