How to Price Your Startup
The biggest fear of people have is that the moment that you put your price out there, then you know, it's like we can't take it back. I think founders have an over inflated view of how aware the market is of what they're doing and how they're doing it. The unit value is not number of users, right? We're not doing user licensing there. People try to get too creative because otherwise you'll induce confusion that could be unnecessary if customers just want to operate around some level of comfort.
