Fear is a completely natural response to a perceived threat right so how do we use that fear and how do we determine whether it's life-threatening or not or potentially body damaging? Steve: One of the big thingsYeah what are the big thing sorry is staying calm in that momentright learning to control that fear is one of the biggest aspects of that because if we have this experience of fear and we cannot control it it can put us in very dangerous situations.
