The people that should use coaching need an extra level of accountability. It's just it's someone when you are invested, it like a 10x level. I thought about this recently. I've been training more on the hypertrophy side lately. When I first started training, it was more hypertrophy based and I spent a good solid 10 years on strength. And I didn't want that to translate to a bigger bench because my bench hasn't moved in eight years. Remember we talked about this last time five pounds away? We're going to get there soon.
