The Deload Week, Is It All About Reducing Inflammation?

In the days leading up to our period, roughly five days, that's when I deload. So if we're looking at the whole menstrual cycle is based on an inflammatory response, if we reduce it slightly, then we have less severity of the actual bleed phase. And more looking at a deload week, I know a lot of people are like, oh, I don't want to take the whole week off. It's not about taking it off, it's about modifying the movement.
