Paul: Principles are a way of kind of finding the most specific sort of unique things to how you build software and making sure that everyone kind of lives by them. The more we can kind of like the more our leadership team and then the more our PMs and the more like right way down to like, you know, three months in the door, a PM can actually realize actually here as a principle, it's alive and breathing and it infuses everything that we do.
