How Do You Get Out of a Contract?
Some software companies agree to a laundry list of features that are released by a certain date because they want to get a deal done. If there's 20 things you agree to and you only deliver 15, then you're in breach of contract. You can try and see if they could they'll compromise. One way is to send an email with our intent to ship the features by x date. It's not legally binding, but referenceable to both sides for executing certain features.
