Zendes

Zendesk is expanding into the sales and service space. It seems like a natural evolution, I guess, so to speak,. And if it's fair, it is a market where they're really considering these solutions. So I imagine it was a pretty natural step for you and the Zendes team. We certainly think that it's important for businesses to have a joint sales and service solution because it streamlines a lot of the process between those two teams.
