Is There a Difference Between a Fast and a Keygenic Diet?
Eating before exercise has been shown to improve anarobic exercise, ar like run till exhaustion. But it doesn't really seem to have much of a significant effect on high intensity interval training. If you're an athlete and you're needing fuel, maybe you're a better candidate than some one at's just looking for pure metabolic body based keytone production. Is there any down sized training fasted, as i usually do? The exercises involved are heavy weight training and moderate cardio afterwards.
