What's the Sign of Design Maturity?

I hate this fight between design and management because yeah If you have a higher design maturity, it's not a fight But designers can help management a lot and vice versa. I was thinking if we if that's that's more kind of what the high level of design maturity is What are the telltale signs are you at the lower level even though you think you're working with service design other than any kind of telltale giveaways I Forgot?
