Do You Set a Timer?
Bell: I've always thought that every time i look at a watch, or every time i go out of the meditation to look at this thing or that thing, that i have actually ruined the meditation. When you practise, it's advised that you set a time tht you're going to practise for and stick to it. Annotheras you don't just sit down t the beginning, go like, i'll get up when i feel like it,. because you'regon get to a certain difficulty, and then you're just going to sort of take that as your cue to leae the hello...
