Do Swings Hurt Your Back?

Swing and the back squat are good exercises to do. If you want elite performance as a thrower you're gonna have to learn how to whip weights overhead. Once you're around 400 pounds in the back squat 180 kilos the benefits you get from squatting don't go up. I would argue this 350 pound front squat one a once a 155 front squat one 60 front squat is going to be probably as much as any high performance athletes ever going to need so with the swing we get into this other little area where the phrase enough has to be part of it.
