The Effect of Endurance Training on Athletes
High level athletes have a lower lacta concentration for any given power output or speed. That's because they need to recruit more fast swich fibres, using that more the more the aneroic abalism than a high, high level athlete will to produce the same amount of speed. Longer endurance training tends to make higher force typto a muscle fibres convert to look like slow twitch fibre. A heavy overload strength training will move the needle opposite direction.
