Back when i was independent, people tried to sell me things, and yes, sometimes it worked. It became a very different story back as the organizational distance between the people that needed to sign off on a sale increased. One of my biggest pet peaves is when people take sales terminology and directly use that with clients. That's just a sign of bt, of poor training. But that's a different thing. Spoke of two things there. One is poor training, and two of a lack of awareness of thet and a lack of just doing a little bit of pre work.
