Meditation Can Help You Declutter Your Life
If we don't sit quietly and pay attention to what's going on in our mind, how can we know if it's busy or cluttered? So again, this is where meditation comes in. You can sit and do meditation to help you de clutter. Or call that letting the glitter settle to the bottom of the snow globe. But when we sit in silence and actually just observe the thoughts that are running through our mind, we can see what's there. Not everybody has all negative thoughts, and not everybody has all positive thoughts. What's your mix? What is fuel in your mind? What kind of mix do you have? Negative and positive?
