Peri: Hormones affect every system of our body. We need to look for an external stressor that is going to apply the same kind of signaling as our body will do without these hormones. So we're not looking at hypertrophy, we're after a central nervous system response. That's that zero to six rep range with really good form because we want women to lift heavy.
