The Importance of a Balanced Diet
Study of more than 2200 older adults that found that taking a daily multivitamin improved overall cognition, memory call and attention. There is evidence that people with cardiovascular disease may have lower micronutrient levels that multivitamins may correct. So the whole idea, folks, you are a machine. Whether you want to think about that or not, your biological machine requires certain things like essential nutrients to function properly.
