The One Thing That Makes You Not Purchase

The most important thing around that post-purchase is to listen to your customers. In Pelecase we were a little too silly like salesy post-p purchase and they hadn't even gotten the case yet. We found out that people one of the things they loved about it was actually how the case felt like it felt soft to them. I think you gotta be obsessive over what they're saying so rather than sell them in the first sort of two weeks after buying a Pelecase, we just started listening and talking.
