Some people think naturally, like a lot of things, hey, this is good while more is better. How much do we fast before we start losing muscle? And that's like that sweet spot seems to be for me, like 24 hour fast, occasionally. Do the occasional longer fast because they have their benefit, but not at the mercy of my muscle. It's still better to have 50 bedroom house with a ton of mitochondria that are operating at 90% capacity than a 10 bedroom house with 100% capacity.
